Dear Parents and Carers,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of a significant change that will be taking place within our school.
Ms Gabby Kaye-Smith has been offered a relieving position as Assistant Principal at another school for the upcoming term beginning Monday, 6 May.
While we are all excited for Gabby and the new opportunities it will provide for professional growth and development, we will be sad to lose her for the term.
I want to assure you that all programs and procedures will continue as planned and that we will minimise disruption as much as possible.
During Miss Kaye-Smith’s absence, Miss Jessica Brown (Monday to Thursday) and Mrs Annerie Feldman (Friday) will be ensuring continuity in your child’s learning. They have been working closely with Gabby and the rest of the team to ensure a smooth transition. The students have met Miss Brown and of course Mrs Feldman, is a familiar face to them all. We understand that change can be challenging, especially for young learners, but we are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible for both you and your child.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns you may have during this time. I will do my best to address them promptly.
I am sure you will join with me in wishing Gabby all the best in this new and exciting role and extend a very warm West Pymble welcome to the new Term 2 Kindergarten teachers, Miss Brown and Mrs Feldman.
