How do I contact the school office?

You can send an email to westpymble-p.school@det.nsw.edu.au or call 9144 7584. Please see the Communication procedure for further details.

What do I do if my child is sick?

Please complete the online absentee form or call the school office on 9144 7584 prior to 9.30am if possible. 

What do I do if my child is late for school?

Please send your child to the office to collect a late slip. If late arrival is due to an appointment, please email or call the office before 9.30am to provide an expected arrival time.

What do I do if my child needs to be picked up early?

Please call or email the office with the expected time of departure so the teacher can be informed and your child will be ready and waiting at the office at that time.

What do I do if I need to drop something off to my child?

Please bring the item/s to the school office and they will deliver it to your child's classroom.

What if my child needs medication while at school?

Please call or email the office to request a form to be emailed to you. Then bring the completed form and medication to the school office.

How do I get a message to my child at school?

Please contact the office and your message will be passed on to your child's teacher. If it is urgent, please call the office.

How do I contact my child's teacher?

You can email the teacher directly or send an email to the office with the teacher's name in the subject line and the email will be forwarded to the teacher.

How do I contact the principal?

Please send an email to the school office and the email will be forwarded on to Ms Wilson.
